Confirm feasibility #

• The exact POS product, version, account access, and available interfaces.
• How items, sizes, options, taxes, and other ordering rules must map.
• How orders should be created and how staff should receive them.
• How failures, duplicates, changes, and payment status should be handled.

Do not assume direct order entry #

A captured order, secure payment link, or staff notification is not proof that an order has been inserted into a POS or kitchen system. The delivery method is defined in your approved implementation.
