Approved reservation workflow #

• One supported reservation configuration.
• Check availability and book a table through the connected workflow.
• Offer approved alternatives when the requested time is unavailable.
• Capture party size, contact information, occasion, and seating requests.
• Send the configured reservation confirmation by email.
• Answer approved questions in English and Spanish and provide reporting.

Requests versus guarantees #

An occasion or seating preference is a recorded request unless your reservation policy explicitly confirms it. The assistant should not guarantee a particular table or accept an unavailable time.

Implementation and limits #

Implementation is estimated at $750-$1,000, subject to scope confirmation. Ordering is not included. Additional usage is $0.25 per minute. Third-party reservation subscriptions are separate. View restaurant packages.
