Additional usage beyond your included monthly allowance is $0.25 per minute across all standard business and restaurant plans.

Calls continue #

Reaching the included allowance does not automatically stop call answering. Overage usage is billed under your agreed terms. We do not silently move you to a higher-priced plan.

Example #

If the measured usage exceeds your allowance by 100 minutes, the usage charge is $25, in addition to the monthly service fee. Billing increments and any applicable rounding are confirmed in your agreement.

Occasional versus recurring demand #

An occasional busy month may be best handled with overage. If higher usage becomes routine, we can compare another plan or review unnecessary steps in the call flow.
