Cancel anytime (no awkward phone calls) #
If you decide HeyEthan.ai isn’t the right fit right now, you can cancel from your Client Portal or by messaging support. We’ll confirm your cancellation in writing so you have it on record.
Standard cancellation steps #
- Submit a cancellation request in your Client Portal (preferred), or email the support contact listed on your invoice.
- Tell us the effective date you want (immediately or end of the current billing period).
- We’ll confirm the cancellation and any next-step items (number forwarding, export requests, etc.).
Important note #
If your phone number is being ported or forwarded, we may ask you to confirm where calls should route after cancellation.
