Complex integrations, extensive menus, or custom workflows may require additional time. Your proposal confirms the schedule and included support.
Clear usage and ongoing support
A Shared Allowance for Your Approved Calls.
English and Spanish calls share your monthly minute allowance. Restaurant Complete also shares its allowance across ordering and reservations. Additional usage is $0.25 per minute.
Usage is based on call time rather than a fixed call count. Your proposal defines the measurement increments, transfer handling, and billing terms.
Every deployment includes a 14-calendar-day post-launch tuning window for reasonable refinements within the approved architecture. Routine changes after that window are $49 per change unless included in your package. Larger changes are quoted separately.
Restaurant Complete includes up to two routine configuration changes per month. Routine changes cover existing greetings, hours, approved information, or catalog values; new integrations, major menu restructures, and new workflow architecture require separate scope. Our errors and failed promised behavior are corrected without charge.

Common Questions
Can we choose ordering without reservations?
Yes. Restaurant Ordering is a standalone package. Restaurant Reservations is also available on its own. Restaurant Complete combines both.
What does Restaurant Ordering include?
It includes approved menu questions, pickup and delivery order capture, ordering options and rules, delivery policies, itemized secure payment links, and order summaries through the agreed workflow. Reservations and direct POS integration are not included.
Do customers speak their credit-card details?
No. Customers enter card details through the configured payment provider’s secure checkout on their device. The assistant can send an itemized secure payment link by text or email.
Are payment-processing fees included?
No. The restaurant pays its payment provider’s applicable processing fees. HeyEthan service covers the agreed configuration and payment-link workflow.
Will this connect directly to our POS?
Direct POS integration is separately scoped and is not included in the current restaurant demonstration. We confirm feasibility, requirements, and cost before making an integration commitment.
How are menu and policy changes handled?
Approved updates follow a controlled review, testing, and publishing process. Your proposal defines routine change limits and approval responsibilities. Complete includes up to two routine configuration changes monthly; substantial changes are separately scoped.
Is this only for pizzerias?
No. Pizzerias and Italian restaurants are our initial demonstration focus. We review your menu, service model, call volume, and workflows to determine suitability for other restaurant formats.
