Ordering and Complete deployments use the delivery requirements approved for your restaurant.

Rules to configure #

• Delivery eligibility and how an address is checked.
• The applicable minimum order amount and what counts toward it.
• Delivery fees and any approved tip choices.
• Service hours and any other ordering restrictions.

Minimum example #

The current restaurant demonstration uses a $15 delivery minimum. Your deployment uses your approved minimum and calculation rules; the demonstration amount is not a requirement for every restaurant.

When requirements are not met #

The assistant follows the approved explanation or alternative, such as pickup, and does not promise an exception or invent a fee. We test eligible, ineligible, and below-minimum scenarios before launch.

Scope boundary #

Delivery order intake does not automatically include driver dispatch, live driver tracking, or a delivery-platform integration. Those requirements must be separately reviewed.
