Restaurant Ordering is a standalone package for menu-based phone ordering. It is $499 per month with 600 included minutes for one location.

Approved ordering workflow #

• A managed menu catalog with item names, descriptions, prices, sizes, options, and modifiers.
• Pickup and delivery order collection using your approved policies.
• Configured delivery area, minimum, fees, and tip rules.
• Itemized secure payment links by text or email when advance payment is required.
• Order summaries and the agreed staff notification workflow.
• Approved restaurant questions, English and Spanish, and reporting.

Implementation #

Initial catalog and workflow work, required access, testing, and launch are defined in a separate implementation proposal. Ordering implementation is quoted separately.

Boundaries #

The package does not include reservations or direct POS integration. Order delivery to your staff is confirmed during discovery; do not assume automatic insertion into a POS or kitchen system. Additional usage is $0.25 per minute. View restaurant packages.
