Practical controls #

• Ask only for details needed for the approved workflow.
• Use high-level request descriptions rather than sensitive documents or account information.
• Direct card entry to the payment provider’s checkout.
• Limit summary recipients to the approved people who need the information.

Know the limits #

A caller may volunteer information without being asked. Excluding a detail from a summary does not automatically remove it from an audio recording, transcript, email copy, or connected system.
