Where it fits #

Professional includes one defined, consent-based outbound confirmation or follow-up workflow within its approved scope. Essential and Growth do not include that outbound workflow as a standard feature. Other outbound use cases require separate review.

We do not treat an inbound call or a form submission as approval for every future marketing call. The workflow must use the consent and contact rules approved for its purpose.
