Calendar behavior is defined by the supported connection and your approved scheduling rules.
Rules to review #
- Appointment type and duration.
- Available days and hours, including the time zone.
- Buffers, minimum notice, and advance booking limits.
- Blocked times and exceptions supported by the connected system.
- Required caller details and confirmation destination.
Plan boundaries #
Growth includes one supported calendar and one appointment type. Professional includes multiple approved scheduling paths within the defined scope. Round-robin scheduling, multiple calendars, or complex exceptions are not assumed to be included unless explicitly approved.
Confirm before promising #
The assistant should confirm a booking only after the scheduling workflow reports success. If availability cannot be checked or a booking fails, it uses the approved fallback.
Your website consultation #
The HeyEthan get-started page is a callback-request form. Submitting it requests a conversation; it does not book a calendar appointment. Request a consultation.
