# Will the restaurant assistant connect to our POS?

We review your existing POS and other systems during discovery. Direct POS integration is separately scoped and is not included in the current restaurant demonstration.

## Confirm feasibility

- The exact POS product, version, account access, and available interfaces.
- How items, sizes, options, taxes, and other ordering rules must map.
- How orders should be created and how staff should receive them.
- How failures, duplicates, changes, and payment status should be handled.

## Do not assume direct order entry

A captured order, secure payment link, or staff notification is not proof that an order has been inserted into a POS or kitchen system. The delivery method is defined in your approved implementation.
