Rules we confirm #

Appointment duration, business hours, time zone, buffers, minimum notice, available booking window, required caller details, and confirmation workflow.

When booking cannot be completed #

The assistant follows the approved fallback, such as capturing the request for your team. It should not confirm an appointment unless the connected workflow confirms the booking.

Restaurant reservations #

Restaurant table reservations use a separately scoped reservation configuration and package. They are not automatically included in a general business calendar deployment. View restaurant packages.
