# What is included in Restaurant Ordering?

Restaurant Ordering is a standalone package for menu-based phone ordering. It is $499 per month with 600 included minutes for one location.

## Approved ordering workflow

- A managed menu catalog with item names, descriptions, prices, sizes, options, and modifiers.
- Pickup and delivery order collection using your approved policies.
- Configured delivery area, minimum, fees, and tip rules.
- Itemized secure payment links by text or email when advance payment is required.
- Order summaries and the agreed staff notification workflow.
- Approved restaurant questions, English and Spanish, and reporting.

## Implementation

Initial catalog and workflow work, required access, testing, and launch are defined in a separate implementation proposal. Ordering implementation is quoted separately.

## Boundaries

The package does not include reservations or direct POS integration. Order delivery to your staff is confirmed during discovery; do not assume automatic insertion into a POS or kitchen system.
