# How are delivery minimums, areas, and fees handled?

Ordering and Complete deployments use the delivery requirements approved for your restaurant.

## Rules to configure

- Delivery eligibility and how an address is checked.
- The applicable minimum order amount and what counts toward it.
- Delivery fees and any approved tip choices.
- Service hours and any other ordering restrictions.

## Minimum example

The current restaurant demonstration uses a **$15 delivery minimum**. Your deployment uses your approved minimum and calculation rules; the demonstration amount is not a requirement for every restaurant.

## When requirements are not met

The assistant follows the approved explanation or alternative, such as pickup, and does not promise an exception or invent a fee. We test eligible, ineligible, and below-minimum scenarios before launch.

## Scope boundary

Delivery order intake does not automatically include driver dispatch, live driver tracking, or a delivery-platform integration. Those requirements must be separately reviewed.
