# Can you exclude sensitive info from summaries?

We can configure intake and summary instructions to reduce unnecessary sensitive information. This is a data-minimization measure, not a guarantee that sensitive content can never appear.

## Practical controls

- Ask only for details needed for the approved workflow.
- Use high-level request descriptions rather than sensitive documents or account information.
- Direct card entry to the payment provider's checkout.
- Limit summary recipients to the approved people who need the information.

## Know the limits

A caller may volunteer information without being asked. Excluding a detail from a summary does not automatically remove it from an audio recording, transcript, email copy, or connected system.

## Review the whole flow

If your requirements involve regulated or sensitive information, we must review the collection, storage, access, notices, and connected services before committing to a deployment. Specific compliance suitability is not established by this article.
