## Business plan scope

- Essential does not include appointment scheduling.
- Growth includes one supported calendar and one appointment type.
- Professional supports multiple approved scheduling paths within the defined plan scope.
- Additional calendars, complex booking logic, or unsupported systems require separate review.

## Rules we confirm

Appointment duration, business hours, time zone, buffers, minimum notice, available booking window, required caller details, and confirmation workflow.

## When booking cannot be completed

The assistant follows the approved fallback, such as capturing the request for your team. It should not confirm an appointment unless the connected workflow confirms the booking.

## Restaurant reservations
