# What do you need from me to set it up?

We need accurate business information, approved call-handling rules, and access to the systems included in your implementation.

## Business setup checklist

- Business name, pronunciation, services, hours, time zone, and holiday exceptions.
- Approved answers to common questions and information the assistant must not promise.
- Intake questions, notification recipients, and transfer destinations.
- Busy, unanswered, and after-hours behavior.
- Calendar or integration access when included, along with the right account permissions.

## For restaurants

We also need an approved menu with prices, sizes, options and modifiers; pickup and delivery policies; any delivery minimum, service area, fees and tip rules; payment workflow; and reservation rules when selected. Menu information must be complete before ordering tests begin.
