# What do changes cost after launch?

Maintenance pricing distinguishes reasonable tuning, routine client-requested changes, and larger enhancements.

## Business tuning

Standard business plans include 14 calendar days of post-launch tuning for reasonable refinements within the approved architecture.

## Routine changes

After that period, routine client-requested changes are $49 per change unless included in your proposal. Examples can include hours, greeting wording, or updates to existing approved information. We confirm that the request qualifies before applying it.

## Restaurant Complete

Complete includes a monthly performance review and up to two routine configuration changes per month within the existing architecture. New workflows, integrations, major menu restructuring, or additional locations are outside that routine scope.

## Errors and enhancements

Our implementation errors are corrected without a client change fee. Larger changes receive a separate quote with scope and timing before work begins.
