Choose a plan around expected monthly call time and the capabilities your business needs. Do not rely on unused minutes building up as a credit unless your agreement specifically provides that.

## Seasonal businesses

If demand changes across the year, we can compare overage with a plan change and confirm the effective date and any related billing terms before changing your subscription.
