# Can I customize the greeting and what it says?

Yes. Your greeting, selected voice, tone, pronunciation, and conversational style are configured to fit your business.

## What you can approve

- How the assistant introduces your business and itself.
- Business and staff name pronunciation.
- A friendly, professional, or concise conversational style.
- The opening question and key explanations.
- Approved AI, recording, transcription, or other notices relevant to the configuration.

## Customization has a defined scope

Standard setup includes the initial configuration, testing, and client review within your business plan's scope. Restaurant implementations are scoped separately. A selected voice does not imply that custom voice cloning is included.

## Later changes

Business plans include 14 calendar days of post-launch tuning for reasonable refinements within the approved architecture. After that, routine client-requested changes are $49 per change unless included in your proposal; larger changes receive a separate quote. Corrections to our implementation errors are handled without a change fee.
